Cards to your Door accepts the following payment methods:
Google Checkout - (Delivery to registered address only)
Paypal - (Delivery to registered address only.
Credit card - (Visa and Mastercard)
Debit Card - (solo/Maestro/Delta)
Please note that we only accept payments online.
Delivery:
Orders received before 1pm are shipped the same day by Royal Mail first class post
Orders received after 1pm are Shipped the next day.
Excluding weekends and bank holidays when the order will be shipped the next working day.
Payment Security
When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store your credit card details either online or offline.
Privacy Policy
Cards to your door do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
Returns Policy In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please return them to us, unused, within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge. If you would prefer a refund we will refund monies within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Orders may be cancelled at any time before 2pm on day of dispatch by emailing us or by telephone.
If you are unhappy with your goods when they arrive please return them, unopened (if previously sealed in cellophane bag) and in the condition they were sent out, and we will issue a refund on receipt.
